Session 1: Overcome Mental Blocks & Master the Mindset
Learn to rationalize fear and label it so your athlete can face challenges head-on, move past obstacles, and thrive on the field! This session will teach players how to focus on what they can control, helping them stay calm and confident, no matter the situation or pressure.
We’ll cover how to channel energy into what truly matters—whether it’s the pitch, the swing, or the game.
Each player will create a personalized Failure Recovery Plan to bounce back stronger from setbacks.
Session 2: Overcoming Fear & Comparison
Learn the art of transforming fear into focus and letting go of unhealthy comparisons.
This session will teach players how to embrace their unique skills and strengths, building mental toughness and resilience.
Session 3: Mental Skills Applied to Baseball
Players will have 30-45 minutes of open practice time to apply elite mental skills to their goal techniques—whether it's perfecting their swing, improving their pitching, or sharpening fielding focus.

This clinic is very interactive! There’s some skill instruction, small group discussion, and activations where the athletes apply the elite mental skills to baseball drills and hitting in the cages. -
NEED EDITING
Yes: Of the 3 hours, about 45 min - 1 hour are on spent doing drills/in the cages applying big body language and elite mental strategies to their baseball. If he is healing from an injury he can still participate and observe those parts or participate where able. -
We are big believers that everyone in an athlete’s life impacts their confidence and success (Including parents and coaches). The VIP parent zoom call is a $30 add-on on, March 18th at 11:30am. Becky will share elite mental strategies with parents and do a live Q and A as parents can reiterate these skills at home.
