Championship Culture Coaching offers the following options for new and established teams:
CCC Sampler

Includes an on-site one-day minute-by-minute team culture observation of a practice or a game up to six hours. You’ll receive:
✘ Detailed minute-by-minute notes of your team’s words, body language, and actions.
✘ Snapshot and assessment of your team’s current culture.
✘ Championship culture recommendations.
✘ Up to three 60 minute Zoom or phone culture coaching sessions are included. These may also incorporate small group mental edge lessons or leadership development sessions with the athletes over Zoom.

Travel costs are added to prices. 50% down, with the remainder billed two weeks prior to the on-site visit.
Premier Season Pass

Includes everything in the CCC Sampler plus:
✘ On-site 2-day minute-by-minute team culture observation up to 6 hours per day (Includes one additional day of observation).
✘ Up to six 60-minute Zoom or phone culture coaching sessions.
✘ Detailed individual observation and analysis of each leader on your team for 30-45 minutes.
✘ Personalized In-Season Survey Monkey which is a self-assessment of your team’s current culture, results, and zoom consult with coaching staff and/or full team Zoom session to share the findings (up to 90 minutes).

ELITE All -Access

Includes everything in the Premier Season Pass plus:
✘ All-Access Culture coach - basically, I become a member of your coaching staff. We are here to serve and help your team reach their goals year-round (some restrictions apply). Up to two virtual culture coaching sessions per month year round.
✘ Post-season survey monkey - This is extremely helpful in making changes to your culture prior to the following season.
This package is designed for coaches who are lifelong learners. They want to stay current with the trends in athletics and team culture. Implementation science states lasting changes may take up to 2-4 years.

Please note:
Culture coaching sessions are designed for one one-on-one or small groups. Entire team training sessions and workshops are available for an additional price.
Year Two+ Culture Coaching
All of the packages listed above are available for teams in their 2nd year of culture coaching. Below is an additional option:
Two Observations + Pre-Game Team Talk:
✘ One day of on-site team culture observation at a game or practice, identifying how small changes can translate into great successes through culture coach recommendations. An additional minute-by-minute video observation up to 8 hours of another game or practice. Videotaping is completed by the team’s staff and sent to us for team culture analysis.
✘ This includes a 15-minute pre-game team talk or workshop to make the most of your upcoming opportunity (15 minutes in-person).
✘ Three 60-minute Zoom culture coaching sessions are included in this package.
