About Becky Beaulieu

Former Licensed Psychologist, NCAA Head Coach, and Mental Health Liaison for Athletics

Becky Beaulieu of Championship Culture Coach

Hi, I’m Becky! Small in stature but not in spirit, I no longer need to rely on phone books to see over the dashboard, thanks to modern automotive technology. I prefer to retire from parenting duties after 8 p.m., and I think being named captain of my son’s parents vs. kids game is the ultimate flex.

I have no doubt that culture coaching was what I was meant to do on this earth, and I feel crazy lucky for every coach who trusts me to serve their team. I have culture coached teams such as the University of Illinois, Long Island University, University of Wisconsin - Green Bay, The College at Brockport, and the Saint Paul Saints. The Saint Paul Saints are the Triple A professional baseball team in the Minnesota Twins Organization.

I began my athletic career when I was three years old, playing soccer, track, gymnastics, and fast-pitch softball. When I hit my peak height at 4’11, my destiny was sealed as a competitive gymnast. I went on to become a two-time National Champion at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. I was a member of four national championship teams and earned seven All-American honors. I earned my Bachelor of Science in psychology with a minor in business administration in 2001 and my Master’s degree plus 45 credits towards an EdS. Degree in 2003. I coached at UW-La Crosse for two years before spending 18 years as the mental health liaison and head gymnastics coach for the University of Wisconsin-Stout. At UW-Stout, I helped lead teams to 2nd and 3rd place finishes at the National Championships and coached the first team in school history to a conference championship. I was fortunate to coach eight individual national champions, 66 All-Americans, and two athletes who qualified and competed at NCAA Division I Regionals.  I also worked as the mental health liaison for athletics, where I counseled and mentored athletes from basketball, track, softball, golf, and more. Additionally, I culture coached and gave leadership talks to Men’s basketball.

I am passionate about serving athletes and enhancing team culture through observations, interventions, and recommendations learned through my 20 years of working in NCAA athletics and time spent as a licensed psychologist.

When I am not busy improving team cultures, you can find me on a baseball field watching my two boys, Tyler (14) and Ben (10), while loudly cheering directly in my husband’s ear.

Jackie Stensrud of Championship Culture Coach

Hi, I’m Jackie! You can find me drinking coffee by the pot, making new creations, and adventuring to new places. I was raised in Wisconsin, so my love for cheese is real. A week after graduating high school, I moved to the Outer Banks of North Carolina where I fell in love with the ocean and sea turtles. I attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout and earned my bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Design and Interactive Media.

Currently, I am based in Minnesota. If I am not busy creating, I am most likely traveling, reading, or spending time with my favorite people! I keep Becky on track and have been known to make her a to-do-list.
